Homday X-pert Earphones Issues Solved

Question

Hello, I recently received Bluetooth earbuds from the brand Homday X-pert. On the first day of use, they were working but now there’s no sound at all. They connect to my phone via Bluetooth, I can even pause YouTube videos by pressing the left earbud, but no sound comes out of the earbuds except for "Min Volume" when I press and hold. In the instruction manual (which I unfortunately no longer have), it said to press on the right to increase the volume, but no matter where I press, it doesn’t change anything. I really don’t know what to do.

Hello, I just had the same problem, you need to press and hold the right earbud until you hear "it's for you" twice, and then press it.

I had the same problem
It works 1 time out of 2
I wanted to increase the sound on the right side but nothing came out
A few days later I tried again
The sound came back
And by pressing long on the right side
The sound went up
So well, it's a bit messed up
But at least something comes out

Hi, I can’t connect them to my phone anymore or turn them on!!! I also threw away the manual, oops.
