Loss of tokens for no reason in 8 ball pool game

Hello,
I am writing to you because I am experiencing a major issue with the game since I purchased a pool pass pack for €5.49. I am already spending money on the game... And on top of that, since then, I am losing chips for no reason, even without playing, by 20,000 each time (it has happened to me 5 times in total over 3 days). I really don't understand, it’s the first time this has happened to me, and I don’t know how to contact the game support. It’s really a shame to put money in and lose your chips for no reason.... I hope someone can answer my question, as I have been on many forums and no one seems to have the same issue as me. Thank you very much and have a great weekend everyone.

Big scam! I also discovered that nearly 1 million tokens were withdrawn from my account for no reason
I filed a complaint in English on the "mini clip" site, received robotic responses with bizarre hypotheses. The so-called "support" is a scam and no explanation was provided. The account has not been re-credited, my level remains the same but the winnings are smaller, as if starting over. The free tokens from the wheel, just a joke, never more than 500 to encourage purchasing. They can scratch it with me! Rigged game, in short, big laugh!! To those who understand.
