Bug at 36% laptop reset

Hello,

I hope you're doing well. I initiated a reset of my laptop to clean it up and reinstall Windows, but the reinstallation is currently stuck at 36% for over an hour and a half, and I don't know what to do to continue the reset and cleaning process... I need it quite urgently as I have to work on my PC to keep up with my classes...

What do you recommend I do, and where could the problem be coming from?

    Hello
    the reset takes a very long time, absolutely do not interrupt it otherwise it's a total mess

    as long as the hard drive light is flashing randomly, there is hope
