Reset Polaroid PC

Hello, I have a problem with the Wifi and the Windows troubleshooting tool indicates that after unplugging the router and plugging it back in, I need to reset the PC. I found the trick online for some brands, but not for Polaroid. Thank you for your help.

    I can't seem to reset my Polaroid laptop as explained on the internet. I'm having problems during the reset process. Can you help me? Thank you.
