Good evening,
my Huawei P Smart 2021 phone won't turn on anymore.
It is stuck on the startup screen (where it says "Huawei"). When I force the startup with the power button and the volume button, it turns on, vibrates for startup but then remains stuck on the startup screen.
I don't understand, can you help me?

Hello,
Be careful, applying this tutorial will result in the loss of all your data, settings, and configurations, so make sure to back up everything you need before starting. Your SD card, however, will not be affected by the hard reset, but for safety reasons, remove it from your phone.
