Hello,
what to do when my Canon IR 2420 displays restart PC if the problem persists call support **E000261-0000

    The issue has been mentioned here https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-31162281-erreur-e000003-0000-canon-ir2830 on a similar machine...

    The neighboring error codes are all related to the temperature being too high... so it could be the "Klyxon" that has failed and is no longer regulating the temperature, on the drum near the paper output... But well, that's just a guess.
    Or a foreign object might be preventing it from sensing the temperature.
