Hello,
I am requesting your assistance for my Canon iR2420 copier, which displays the message: Update Firmware "Bios mode". I would like to know how to remove it. Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

    Press the User Mode button on the control panel of this machine to access user mode.
    Press the down arrow key to select "System Settings," then press the OK button.
    Press the down arrow key to select "Update Firmware," then press the OK button.
    When "OK to upgrade" appears, select "Yes," then press the OK button.
    When "PLEASE WAIT WAITING" appears, start the UST.
    Select "Next" as instructed on the screen.
