Hello, I'm reaching out because I've just bought a second-hand laptop that has been wiped, reformatted, and has a new hard drive. Everything works except when I try to search the web. I get the following message: 'Sorry, unable to access this page.' I've already tried several troubleshooting steps found on forums (clearing the Google Chrome cache...)
If anyone can guide me, that would be cool! Thank you.

    And with another browser? (Firefox...) does it work or not?
    It's to see if it's the PC or the browser that has the problem

        With my smartphone, I can connect. With the laptop, I get the following error code: 0x80190001.
