Stuck on USB drive

Hello, after putting the USB key in the car stereo it stayed blocked. it shows on the screen usb03, so I can no longer get the radio. I tried putting the key back in to see if it would unlock, and pressed the buttons but nothing works. Where does the problem come from? It’s not the first time we’ve put the key in and before it worked fine. If someone could help me, thanks. Configuration: Windows / Edge 88.0.705.53

    Hello,

    Reformat the key and put the mp3s back on it...
    Or change the key.

      Well I tried a new USB key and it still doesn’t work; the car radio screen still shows USB key 03
      I have a Kenwood KMM 264 car radio
      I printed the troubleshooting manual but I don’t have more information about my problem

      Well voilà after printing the user manual I saw that you could reset it so that's what I did and great!!!!!!!! I was able to find my favorite radio
      it was as simple as that............
