Messenger no longer works in Marketplace

Hello, it has been almost a week since my Messenger stopped working on Marketplace. When I try to communicate with someone to buy what they are advertising, a red circle with a bar appears, and I am unable to send my message.

Messenger works with my contacts, Marketplace works because I receive messages for what I have to sell, but I cannot communicate via Marketplace.

Do you have a solution for me?
