Hello,
I went to the various sites recommended by CCM to try to find the manual for my smartphone: I really don't know how to use it. I could have found it on a paid site but since I was "scammed" by a site like that, I am very reluctant!
Maybe someone has this manual.

    Hello,
    Unless I'm mistaken, this brand is sold by the Auchan chain, and Auchan does not share these manuals, so it would be better for you to go to that store to obtain the user manual.

      I'm having the same problem with my smartphone, which no longer beeps to notify me of MMS. I went to Auchan and they told me they couldn’t help; I need to take it to after-sales service. I'm disappointed.

      Remind them that a notice in French is mandatory at the time of sale unless stated otherwise.
      The consumer must be informed in French

      It's normal that you might not receive a response if your email was sent today; tomorrow is another day and probably Auchan and its employees will be present, we'll see.....
