Hello,
thank you for your attention to my problem with my ZTE zxv10 w300 modem. WHEN I TURN IT ON, the internet LED does not light up. So there's no internet. They told me to flash it, but I don't know how, or is it another issue? Thank you, team

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 87.0.4280.141

    Hi,
who asked you to flash it?
Are you able to connect to the admin interface?
How is it connected to the internet?

HELLO, thank you for your response. A repair technician told me that I need to flash it. He couldn't find its flashing instructions online, that's how he replied to me. I can't connect it. I turn it on, the DSL light comes on but the internet light does not. I am connected via a telephone cable (fiber optic). Thank you.

        OK,
you will need to explain to yourself some incoherent things:
Why are you talking about fiber optics if you are connected via ADSL?
Have you ever used this router or not?
If your ADSL light is steady and not blinking, then the modem is functioning.
You should contact your Internet service provider to get the necessary parameters:
VPI/VCI ATM, encapsulation, username and password for PPP if using PPPoE or PPPoA protocol.

Thank you. The router worked for several years (6 years). Then it stopped. As I explained to you (I don't have enough knowledge in this area), I have my modem connected to a telephone cable; by the way, I also have my phone plugged in, and it works. But my modem doesn't. I turn it on, the DSL LED lights up, but the internet one does not. Even the internet provider, when I explained the problem to them, told me that the issue is in the modem, and it needs to be flashed or updated by a professional in the field. But I don't know how to do that?

        If your router is broken,
since it's very old, it's better to forget about it and move on to a newer model.
It's unlikely that you'll find a firmware to flash it; I'm not even sure you'll be able to access the administration of it.
