SIPLEC Universal Remote Control RC61

Hello,
I found the manual!! I did some sorting, and in the middle of the papers...^^
Give me the brand of your television, and I will give you the associated codes!
Below is the procedure from the manual:

A. Press and hold the [SET] button, then press the TV button.
B. The LED will light up immediately. You can then release both buttons.
C. Enter the 3-digit code associated with the device.
D. If you entered the correct code, the LED will turn off automatically. If it is incorrect, the LED will blink twice and remain in setup mode (it stays lit). Then go back to step C.
E. Test to see if the remote control buttons work or not.
If most of the buttons do not work, enter another code for the same brand, and repeat steps A to E until all buttons work correctly.

Note: During setup, if you want to exit setup mode, press the TV button.
If you do not press any buttons for 10 seconds, the remote control will automatically exit setup mode.

That's it! Don't forget to give me the brand of your device, because the list of all codes for all devices is too long for me to copy here...O_o

I just bought this same remote, I have the manual and followed the instructions that seemed so simple. And nothing works. I tried all the Philips codes.
The power button lights up, but as soon as I enter a code, it flashes (which apparently is not a good sign...).
So, no button works.
Has anyone had the same issue?
Or should I really be worried about my ability to understand the manual?

And for Jean-Paul, the codes for Thomson are: 004, 023, 037, 046, 047, 051, 053, 059, 102, 103, 112, 127, 128, 164, 167, 204

I have the same remote control (which I lost the manual for...) and for all the buttons to work, you need to press SET and then TV (holding SET down)
After two seconds, you release everything, normally the "power" button should be lit up
Then you need to enter the code that corresponds to your TV brand.
Unfortunately, all the codes are in the manual...
If I manage to find mine or if I find the manual on a website, I will send you the list of codes!

The codes for SCHNEIDER televisions are: 004, 012, 023, 039, 069, 072, 112, 126, 130, 132, 170
for SCHNEIDER France (if any): 115, 195

For automatic search
A. Turn on the device

B. Press the SET button and hold it down. At the same time, press the TV button and hold it down for more than 3 seconds, then release them; the automatic search will start.
The remote control enters Automatic Search, the LED blinks and the remote control sends the power signal every 2 seconds automatically.

C. Check that the device responds; once the device responds, press any button (except SET) to end the automatic search.

D. Try to check if the other buttons work correctly. If most buttons do not work well, repeat steps B to D using the Automatic Search again to find the best code.

Siplec = Leclercq
Leclercq sells remote controls just like he sells camembert or laundry detergent. So, there’s nothing to hope for on that front.
He probably buys his remote controls by the container from China, Korea, or elsewhere, labeling them SIPLEC xxyy.

To download manuals and code lists, one would need to go to the manufacturer's website, which Leclercq does not communicate.
Hoping they exist... at least in English.

The only hope is that someone who has them sees your requests, scans these documents, and emails them to you. Very, very little chance. ;-(

Here you go, I've made some progress in my research.
I pressed Set and a key, and it works!
The only issue is that the keys do not correspond to anything; for example, when I want to increase the volume, the Vol + key doesn't work...
I can only change channels, can someone please help me? It's quite urgent, thank you and sorry for the double post :)

I also have the Siplec RC61 remote control and I lost the manual. My TV is an ORMOUD. Could you give me the code, please?

Here is the method for automatic search:
- press SET and hold the button down
- press 'TV'
the standby button LED starts flashing...
- wait a few minutes (about 2 or 3 minutes) while keeping the remote pointed at your television.
- as soon as your TV turns off, immediately press the 'standby' button (the flashing red button)

check the operation of your remote control
repeat the process until you find the right one (2 to 3 times max generally)
