Olympia CM 912 Cash Register

Hello,

I have taken over a cash register, and I can't print the financial report for the day with a reset. I can only get the X report. The screen shows: Error, continue.
What can I do?
The register already contains sales that I do not want to delete.

    Hello, I found the solution! For the Olympia 942F, I simply plugged a USB key into the back. Since the cash register erases the data, I think there needed to be a way to save it! However, I tried with an SD card, but that doesn't work!

    Hello, thank you for your response, I was about to write to you. The company told me that I needed an SD card which I should receive today... I’ll check my box, I don’t have a USB port... I will test it. But I’m glad you found the solution!
