Hello,

I'm trying to find out how to copy files from my phone to my PC. When I attempt this action, it says "error - the requested resource is in use." What should I do? Thank you for your help.

Hello
you should not open the file even with a viewing software, as it blocks all actions with the file

I no longer have an internet connection due to an unknown problem, so that's why I'm doing it via cable. I'm quite annoyed, and I haven't managed to get an internet connection via the cable or through Bluetooth or shared connection with the phone. The manipulation I did was with a USB cable. As soon as I have access to the files, I want to paste them on the desktop, and it displays the mentioned error. I can't say anything more.

I don't really know what's happening to you.

I made a tutorial where I detailed the transfer via cable. Try to follow it. Here it is:

Does that mean that what she put won't work?
I just found out: it needed to be pasted elsewhere (Image, for example, and trial done based on the collage of the tutorial photos). The tutorial didn't mention not pasting them on the desktop, and I didn't understand the mistake related to this action and the fact that it goes somewhere else. It's good for me. Thanks to those who helped me. Best of luck!

The tutorial doesn't explain this

Oh! Are you sure you read it carefully?
You can easily put them on the Desktop: Just choose Desktop as the destination folder.
I don't know how I could have explained it any further!

Hello,

There are several ways to proceed: cable, bluetooth, wifi.
Not knowing what you're doing, it's difficult to help you.
Please provide details.
