Hi
I just received my Freebox mini 4k
I've been at it since 8 PM
And now it's 12:30 AM
Freebox stuck at step 2
And error: unable to retrieve updates.
I unplug, replug, unplug again
And again! Zero
I can't take it anymore ????????????????????????

    If the Freebox is stuck at step 2, it’s probably because the line has not been activated yet.
