I have a PS4 controller that I bought a month ago, and since yesterday, when I want to play, it says low battery and turns off even though I charge it. When I press the PS button, it flashes and connects to the Play, but the controller turns off immediately.

Hi, this problem can come from several things. The first one is that the controller might have a problem with the connection where you charge it, check that this is not the case; if it is, it needs to be repaired or you need to find the right angle for charging or change the charger to find the right one. The second is a bug with the controller; if that's the case, take a toothpick and turn the controller over, you should see a small hole next to the screw at the top right (near the L2 button), and you stick the toothpick there for 5 to 10 seconds; it's a reset button that will reset the bugs (before proceeding, turn off your controller and the PlayStation). If none of these things work, contact a repair professional or someone who knows about this field, or buy a new controller. If the problem persists and it comes from the console, contact PSN support or again a professional.
