Hello,
The television has: -
- an analog audio output (3.5mm jack headphone socket)
- a digital optical audio output
To assist you, we need to know the references (Brand and model) of the soundbar.
In general, using the optical output requires enabling it through the "Sound" or "Audio" menu of the television.

It’s very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it’s not there...

When I connected it to the TV, the speaker was indeed accepted
