Hello,

I am at a loss because for the past few days I can no longer receive channels 1 - 10-11-12-13.
I have a TECHWOOD TV purchased in 2011 that was working perfectly until now. I reinstalled the channels, but instead of finding 37, it only finds 32. Does anyone have any idea, please? Thank you in advance

Configuration: Windows / Edge 87.0.664.66

    Hello,
All these channels belong to the same multiplex, the R6.
Which transmitter are you dependent on?
To know which channel to search for, give me the name of your place of residence or check here

    with your exact address.

I live 5 minutes from the center of Bordeaux, 33140 Villenave d'Ornon. For your information, I have difficulties with the internet connection; I am downloading at 22 K! I have to use my phone and its own 4G network for decent internet. Thank you for helping me.

You are apparently dependent on the Bordeaux Bouilac transmitter; the multiplex you are missing is on channel 30.
Do you have an individual or collective antenna? Is it properly directed towards this transmitter?
    Manually search for channel 30

Sorry for your internet issues... fiber will certainly fix that soon.

I have a rooftop individual antenna. Additionally, I have two other TVs connected to this antenna that are working fine. As for searching for channels on channel 30, I did that this morning but the message is "no signal" while channel 23, on which the TV usually works, shows the message "very strong signal." I don't understand anything anymore because it worked perfectly for 9 years until 8 days ago! This afternoon or this evening, I will try swapping one of the other TVs with the one that has problems to see if it's the TV's fault. Because I would consider buying a new one, but if it's the same ... I will keep you updated on how it goes. In any case, thank you for your responses. Have a good afternoon.

Hello, as promised, here's the follow-up: this morning I swapped the two TVs; the one with channels 1-10-11-12-13 that weren't working anymore is now functioning again after searching for the channels; the one that was working but was installed in place of the other one is working perfectly fine. It's quite puzzling.
Thank you anyway for helping me; I wish you happy holidays hoping for all that the coming year will be better than the one that's ending.

Probably a contact issue in the antenna socket...
(oxidation - not fully pushed in - etc...)
The main thing is that "the little window" is working again.
        Merry Christmas to you...
