Poor reception TV channels 1-2-3-10-11-12

Hello, I live in a detached house. For about two weeks now, I'm receiving channels 1-2-3-10-11-12-13-14-27-30 poorly. I have the signal, but it's scrambled like pixelation. All the other channels are working fine. I have two televisions and both have the same issue. I tried adjusting the antenna just in case the wind had changed its orientation. I checked the cables, but nothing helps.

If you have any ideas, I’m all ears.

Thank you. Best regards.

    Hello,

Have you followed up on a frequency search on the TVs?

    Hello

You are having issues with the channels broadcast on multiplex R1 and R6

You did not mention channel 4 (Canal+) which is also on multiplex R1

Which transmitter do you depend on?

Check if there are any declared or ongoing incidents on your transmitter https://www.recevoirlatnt.fr/liste-incidents

There may also be ongoing installations of transmitters for mobile phones (5G) near your location that could be causing issues.

    Hello,

Thanks to DADOUT: YES, I did a frequency search on the TVs - still the same.

Thanks to BALADUR 13: I don’t watch Canal +, that’s why I didn’t mention it. I think my transmitter is Marseille Étoile. My home is 13122.

    What should I do...

    Thank you for your responses.

Being myself at the Marseille Etoile transmitter, with no issues, the transmitter problem can therefore be ruled out.

Your antenna hasn't moved? Check if your neighbors are experiencing the same kind of issues.

13122 ==> Depending on your exact location, it may be that the Ventoux transmitter is better received than the Marseille Étoile one.

No recent construction works, activation, or installation of new mobile phone antennas near you?

Hello, thank you Baladur 13 for the response.

The closest transmitter is indeed the one in Marseille Étoile.

For the antenna, I have made several direction tests and I have repositioned it in the same axis by comparing with the neighbors.

I think I only have the solution of having an antenna technician come.

    What do you think?

    Thank you for responding.

    Best regards.

Do you have an amplifier on this antenna? If so, is it properly powered?

Did you ask your neighbors? No issues on their end...?

When disconnecting one of the two TVs, does the problem still persist on the other?

The antenna technician is definitely a last resort...
