TCL U49C7006 TV malfunction

Hello everyone,
my TCL U49C7006 television purchased in August 2018 won't turn on anymore.
We used it one morning without any problems, and in the afternoon it was impossible to turn it back on.
The screen remains completely black; I can't see any hint of an image, even in the dark, only the white light at the bottom of the screen stays on.
I unplugged all the HDMI and USB cables as well as the power cord, waited a good hour before turning the device back on, nothing.
I tried the trick of pressing the button on the back of the television, holding it for 30 seconds, unplugging the power cord, and plugging it back in while keeping the button pressed, nothing.
I opened the television to check for anything unusual, especially with the capacitors, but there was nothing special.
I brought the television to the Darty customer service near my home, but they don't want to take it; they say they don't have the spare parts for this brand.
So now I'm not sure what to do, so if anyone has any ideas, I’m all ears.
