CPL Issue It Works 500

Hello
The powerline indicator on the CPL 500 (IT Works)1 connected to the BBox no longer lights up after the addition of a CPL 750 to a CPL 500 network. There are still 2 out of 3 LEDs lit. The one for the powerline is not illuminated.
Request for assistance.

Despite several attempts, the 3rd diode does not light up.
On the other CPL, only the 1st one is blinking green.

try to unpair it (press and hold the button for 10 seconds) and re-pair all 3 together on a power strip.
press and hold the button on each for 2 seconds.
