Powerline connection but no internet access

Hello,

my PC running Windows 7 has a poor WiFi reception on the upper floor, so I decided to buy powerline adapters (Essentiel B 200 from Boulanger). The powerline adapter is therefore on the ground floor connected via Ethernet to the Livebox, and the powerline unit is on the upper floor plugged into a power outlet. But when my PC connects to this network, it gets stuck on "identifying" and has no internet access.

Is it a configuration issue or something else?

Thank you in advance!

Configuration: Windows 7 / Chrome 23.0.1271.97

    Hello,
    I'm reopening this topic.
I just bought Netgear XAVB5421 500 Mbps powerline adapters.
I have the same problem mentioned above: my powerline adapters are properly connected, one to my SFR box, the other to my computer.
I followed the instructions provided on this page (synchronization...)
but I still don't have internet on my computer.

All the lights are green on both adapters (not blinking), and if I connect my computer's adapter to my work PC, I have internet...

Until now, I was using WiFi and my computer runs Windows 7.

So, does anyone have a solution for me to get internet on my computer? :=)

    Thank you very much.
