Story filters are no longer displaying.

Hello,

I have the same problem: The filters I saved have disappeared and when I click on a filter from a story to "try it," the message "unable to use this effect on this device" appears.

I closed the app, turned off my phone, uninstalled the app, updated the app, NOTHING works and I seem to be the only one having this issue.

Have you managed to resolve it?

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 12.1.2

    Good evening,
    log out and then log back in, and if it doesn't come back, try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, it should work again.

      Good evening.
      Same here, I logged out and then I completely deleted the app from my phone (iPhone 6), but the problem persists!!!
