What do you mean, blocked? Isn't it too full? You need to regularly delete messages and empty the trash.

Good evening,
I have the same problem with one of my Free accounts for the past 2 days, whether it's with Zimbra, Roundcube, or Thunderbird, while the others are working!
On Zimbra, a message informs that the teams are working (slowly it seems) on resolving the issue and suggests playing BlockRain in the meantime! Great :-/

and on the webmail, it's more terse "Connection error to the storage server."

I urgently advise you to create an account in Thunderbird.
You can download the software here: https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/

You should configure your Free account in IMAP so that messages remain on the Free server and so that you can find them on Zimbra when it works again.
The account configuration is automatic.
It will be operational in 10 minutes.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t work: no POP or IMAP server is responding to requests.

Hello,

The issue has been reported on other forums and in newsgroups.
It seems that there are two failing servers:
zimbra101-e18.priv.proxad.net
and
- zimbra63-e11.priv.proxad.net
You can check the headers of already received messages to see if you depend on these servers.

Unfortunately, the outage occurred over the weekend. There is nothing else to do but wait for the repair.
