Hello,
I'm reaching out for help from the members of this forum regarding my problem. I bought a Hitachi 55f501hk5110 TV less than 15 days ago, and recently I've been experiencing an issue where the general menu doesn't display anymore—only the image and sound menu shows up when I press the home button. This makes it impossible to fully use its features. I would like to perform a factory reset, but it's still under warranty, so no worries there. However, before I go to the store and inform my son that he won't be able to watch his cartoons....???????? I would like to try every possible option. My remote control is an rc43140.
