Hello,
Try to upgrade to version 20H2.
Follow all the steps in this tutorial in order: How to repair or reset Windows Update.
A video is provided at the end with details if needed.
Follow the steps and each time try to install the update.
1)
First, use the System Update Readiness Tool from the Windows 7 section of this page: https://www.malekal.com/dism-reparation-de-fichiers-systemes/
Once the scan and repair are finished, restart the computer.
2)
Next, launch a SFC scan and repair
In the Start menu search, type command prompt
Right-click on the command prompt, then run as administrator.
In the black command prompt window, type sfc /scannow in the window.
It should tell you that protection has detected damaged items,
that you need to restart to correct them. At this point, restart.
Try to run the updates again; if it still fails, move on to the next step.
3)
Finally, if the installation of updates still fails, try a Windows Repair: https://www.malekal.com/reparer-windows-update/
4)
If nothing works, you will need to repair Windows 7: how to repair Windows 7 without data loss.
