It's hard to respond without more details: if the time between the payment request and the validation is too long, it's a security measure.

Otherwise, it could be due to a browser setting that blocks essential cookies for the site or an extension (an ad blocker, for example) that disrupts functionality...

Have you tried using a different browser than the usual one?
