What is TPEweb.paybox?

Question

Hello,
I'm trying to pay my EDF bill by credit card, and after struggling a lot, a page appears telling me that "TPEweb.paybox.com" cannot be opened. It's the first time this has happened to me; usually, I have no problems.
Does anyone know what this is, and is it reliable, or is it a scam?

Hello, you did well to ask the question :)

Disable your antivirus while downloading and scanning
Download [url=http://www.telecharger.sosvirus.net/download/quickdiag] to your desktop
Run it (for Vista/7/8/8.1/10 = right-click "Run as administrator")
Click on "Quick" and once finished:
Host the report on https://www.cjoint.com/
Provide the link obtained in your next reply
Note: the report will be on the desktop named QuickDiag_date_time.txt, and a copy with the same name will be available at the root of your drive (logically C:)

I wasn't getting angry, I was just worried that you hadn't seen that I had sent the report you requested.
As for the fact that you are (we are!), I know all too well because I spent a lot of time helping beginners on Access myself. That’s also why I know how valuable CCM is.
