    Hello, unfortunately you are below the minimum age required to create a YouTube channel.

    Here is an excerpt from the YouTube Terms of Use :

    Minimum age
    To use the Service, you must be (a) at least 15 years old; or (b) more than 13 years old and have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian on Family Link.
