Unsubscription and Cancellation

Unsubscribing allows you to delete your account from the Lyad.fr website. Canceling stops an ongoing subscription. You are free at any time to unsubscribe and cancel your subscription directly through our website Lyad.fr. You can unsubscribe from our email communications at any time by clicking on the link provided in all emails sent.

To unsubscribe, please go to the "Unsubscription" section either in your dating area (with your login details), in the "My Account" section and then "Manage My Account"; or in the "FAQ" section on the homepage of the site.
To cancel, please adhere to the following notice period: either 7 days before the end of the first subscribed period, if you do not wish to continue into the next period also foresee 7 days before the end of the second subscribed period, and so on..

To proceed with your unsubscription, please go to your dating area (with your login details), in the "My Account" section and then "Manage My Account": a button is provided for this purpose.
You can also unsubscribe in the "FAQ" section of the homepage, a "Unsubscription" link will allow you to do so.

To proceed with your unsubscription from a mobile device, please go to your member area (with your login details), in the "My profile" section, then in the "Settings" tab: a button is provided for this purpose.

Important: To ensure that your cancellation is taken into account immediately, primarily use the unsubscription link found in the information of your profile in the member area of the site or via this link: Unsubscription; Cancellation by postal mail is possible but will only take effect twenty days from the date of sending.

Once unsubscribed, you can access your account until the end of the already paid period except in the case of a promotional or special offer which immediately closes Premium access.
You can also end your subscription by sending us a letter to the following postal address: "Internet Sarl (LYAD.COM) - 34 Avenue Labruyère - 38100 GRENOBLE - France", making sure to include your username (nickname) necessary to interrupt your account.
The termination of your subscription will take effect 20 days after receipt of your letter by us. The interruption of it leads to the deletion of your account as well as your messages and personal data concerning you in our possession within seven days.

Upon receiving a request to cancel a subscription, we delete the member's information within seven days except for part of the card in order to identify a past transaction in case of a claim.

When unsubscribing or deleting an account, the data regarding the member is deleted within seven days.
The member will be informed of the effective termination of their account by email.
