Hello

I HAVE NO SATELLITE SIGNAL AND THE QUALITY IS AT 0%. I AM ORIENTED TOWARDS THE ASTRA SATELLITE AT 19.2° EAST AND MY RECEIVER IS A THR 9600. COULD YOU HELP ME?

      Hello.
      I bring to your attention that external elements can prevent a well-adjusted satellite dish from providing a signal.

      In my case, the dish and LNB are clean and sheltered from the rain, but 2 meters away, a network of ice stalactites formed from the gutter, not even in the satellite-dish axis.

      That's enough to stop receiving anything.

      We break the stalactites and the signal comes back at its best.
