Hello,
I read in the latest "Que Choisir" that it is possible to repair the ink absorber of the printer yourself with demineralized water pads.
Could someone tell me how to proceed?
Thank you in advance!

Hello,
the ink absorber is located under the carriage when it is in the resting position, you just need to open the cover (as if you were changing the cartridges) the carriage will move and free up space to access the ink absorber pads.

how do we access the ink absorber pads? What do they look like?
The printer displays the error code "E8"...
Thank you for "shedding light on my situation"...
Best regards.
Already explained.
It's a kind of absorbent felt.
Well done, even an octogenarian like me managed to find the location. Thank you bazfile.
