Philips SHC5200 Headphones

Good evening,

I bought the Philips SHC5200 headset to connect to my Samsung UE40M5005 TV using an optical adapter, and it worked on the first day but then nothing. Do you think there might be a malfunction?

    In this case, there are only 2 possible things:

    1 - The defective battery...

    2 - The charging base that is not fully functioning...

    In any case, return to the sender under the European mandatory warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase of the product, which is also valid for France ;-)
