Access issue with the cutting tool

Hello,

I have the Pixmax cutting machine with the Signcut Draw and Signcut Productivity Pro 2 software.
However, once I have selected the word and want to send it to be cut on the plotter, it does not work and I am told that the chosen device is not correct.
I am confused about the use of this software, and I would like some clarification, please.

The "Device" is the output device...
Your software does not communicate with the cutting plotter..
Either the driver is not correctly installed, or you have misconfigured the cutting software.

Re, good evening. I'm bothering you with one last question. How do I import an image to cut? On SignCut Draw, I can copy and paste an image, but when I send it for cutting on SignCut Productivity Pro 2, it doesn't display. Why can't we import images?

The software only starts the cut if you have a trace around your image...
