Hello,
I purchased a Panasonic KX-TS880MX phone. I connected this phone to our company's internal network. We have a local TDA-200 PBX to manage communication. The KX-TS880MX phone makes and receives calls normally.
I saved several numbers in the KX-TS880MX phone directory.
However, when there is an incoming call on the KX-TS880MX phone, only the message "incoming call" is displayed on the screen.
Yet, I would like the caller's name or number to be displayed on the screen.
I would like to be able to identify the extension that is calling the number connected to the KX-TS880MX extension.
I need a solution. I don't know how to make the caller's name appear on the KX-TS880MX phone screen.

    Hello,
If your phone does not display the caller's number, it obviously cannot display the name even if this information is stored in the directory.

I think it’s your PBX that is not transmitting the information to this phone.
    PBXs are a specialist matter.
Contact your telephone network administrator to resolve this issue.
All I can do is provide you with the manuals for the phone and the PBX.

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...

Thank you. I would like to know what the menu is called that allows you to configure this option in the PBX?
      Is it the "caller ID"??
