Victoria, like other software, does not repair, but provides a visual on defective sectors.
Defective clusters cannot be repaired.
For an HDD, if the clusters no longer have magnetic power, it is not a software that will put a magnetic layer back on the magnetic platters.
And for an SSD, if the cell is faulty, it's the same.
The only thing, perhaps, is to move the data from the defective sectors to good sectors.

It's true that there are a lot of very slow sectors.

I can't guarantee anything.

The easiest thing would be to replace it, as Jfmimi said.

But you can always try Repair with Victoria, and never trust that disk 100% in the future.


PS: The numbers in green to the left of the colors are the access times, in milliseconds.

So you have 2193 sectors with more than 0.6 seconds of access time, which is not good.

CHKDSK /R also marks bad sectors as allocatable.

It eventually makes the drive slower.
