But if you use Super mode or something like that, it erases all the data.

It might only be good for a PC with a BIOS, I've never tried it in UEFI mode

Back; so I just tested HDD Regenerator.
Super easy to use and effective because it detects bad clusters, the data on them, and repairs (moves and prohibits writing to those). It allowed me to recover data from a faulty 1TB HD; plus, it works again (with a little less capacity, but still). The downside is that you need the full version, which I have.
