Hello everyone
My father sent me money and when I went to pick it up, there was a refusal with the reason "MTCN ON QUEUE PLEASE CONTACT CSC", and my father returned to the agency to request a refund and redo the transfer, but the agency told him that the transfer has already been cashed even though I haven’t received anything, and even when I go to the website in the track my transfer section, it says that the transfer has been canceled... I don’t understand
