How to cancel your booking on easyJet and get a refund?

My son and his friend booked a round trip Biarritz-CDG for September 14 and 17, 2018. A change for the return was requested (flight at 11 am instead of 8 am) and accepted for 32.32 euros. Since July 11, no confirmation email has been received. We returned to the EasyJet website and noticed that the flights were modified for the weekend of September 7 to September 11 without our request!
