Ralentissement pc

bonjour a tous,
je possède un pc portable Lenovo et je rencontre beaucoup de problèmes. Quand je lance un jeu qui ne demande pourtant pas énormément de ressource un écran bleu apparait avec comme message soit KERNEL MODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED soit SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED
J'ai réinitialiser et depuis mon pc ram énormément au point de l'éteindre manuellement car c'est impossible de lancer un programme ou même un clique droit sur le bureau prend une éternité.
J'ai tester mes ram et mon disque dur via les outils Windows et j'ai aucune erreur de détecter. Je pencherais plus pour un problème de pilote car quand je démarre le pc j'ai un message d'erreur du genre drivers failed.
Mon pc possède deux carte graphique une Intel 4000 et une nvidia 840m, le drivers de la première est clairement obsolète car quand je vais sur le site toutmesdrivers ils me proposent une mise a jour
.Le soucis c'est quand je télécharge le pilote c'est impossible de le lancer rien ne ce passe. merci d'avance pour votre aide et désole pour le pavé
