Hello,
Miraculously, the other day, after struggling for a day to connect the freeplugs, I finally managed to do it without really knowing how.
While trying to organize them better, they got disconnected; and then, everything started again.
I'm starting to despair since yesterday; I've tried everything (I think); the indicators have gone through all the colors, and right now... one is solid red and one is blinking green (without the orange... I don't know what to do anymore.
Help, thanks
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 52.0

Hi,
try to plug them both back into a power strip.
After that, if they don't work where you placed them, it means your electrical installation is interfered with by device power supplies; you'll need to disconnect what's unnecessary to find the culprit.
Or you can directly use an Ethernet cable instead of the freeplugs.
