Akai LPK25 recognized and properly connected does not work.

Hello,
I bought an Akai LPK25
I configured it on FL Studio in the MIDI settings and checked enable, everything seems fine, but when I press the keys, nothing happens
The buttons on the side light up, so it works, but not the other keys
Only one or two work, but they only activate one of the lights at the top, and nothing on the piano roll
Does anyone have any idea why it’s not working?
I have a laptop for your information
Thank you

Configuration: Android / Chrome 86.0.4240.185

    Hi,
I have the same issue as you... I'm using Reaper, I've set up my LPK25 in the MIDI settings but an error message appears: "the following MIDI could not be opened".
    Did you find a solution?

    So,
I wanted to try again.. I unplugged the keyboard, closed the midi settings window, plugged the keyboard back in and it worked..

Have you tried plugging it into a 3.0 port on your computer?

Yes, it is connected via 3.0 and recognized; two buttons activate two lights on top, but I can't play with it, which is frustrating.
On the LPK editor or on FL Studio, there must be something to change to assign the keys, but what?
Did you make any special settings?
