Hello,
I bought a Polaroid laptop yesterday, but I couldn't work on it.
Since yesterday it has been stuck, or rather, it keeps telling me to wait. At the beginning, everything was fine, settings in French for the language, for the keyboard, etc. But just after that, it asked me for a security pin for the computer, and since then, it has been telling me to wait since yesterday at 3 PM.
I don't know what to do anymore, thank you for your help.

Hello,
Returning to the store and polaroid is very poor quality like Lenovo for example.

Otherwise, try a forced shutdown by holding down the power button.
