How to enable subtitles on the TV screen for Samsung TV?
On some channels, it works sometimes but it doesn't hold.

      The subtitles are accessible via the menu
      But some channels do not broadcast subtitles and furthermore, if the image is provided by another device (decoder, TV box), the TV's subtitle function is not accessible.

      However, when an external device is connected via an HDMI or Component cable, the Subtitle function is not available. 
      Adjust the subtitle settings on the external device.


      Do you have an external device that provides the image to this TV? If so, which one (brand and model)?
