Détection PUA : win32 Installcore

Hello,
Three days ago, I received a notification from Windows Defender saying that a threat had been detected: it was PUA Win32 InstallCore.
So Windows offered to remove it (which I did).
I don’t know if it’s serious, but since I wasn’t convinced, I installed the antivirus SpyHunter 5, and there I saw that it had detected 2 PUA threats and 2 adware threats.
Is it serious?

Why did Windows Defender warn me about this threat?
Why did SpyHunter also detect a threat of PUA InstallCore when it's a fake antivirus? -
Moderator@Nat_147For Spyhunter, it's a fake antivirus that detects bogus threats that aren't real to scare people into buying the paid version of Spyhunter, and the worst part is that it has been working for a long time already.
For Windows Defender, it alerted you to this threat because CCleaner comes with additional software; during the installation of CCleaner, if you're not careful, this software installs itself. Just so you know, CCleaner isn't really useful; many people use it wrongly, and some even think it's an antivirus. Personally, I do just fine without it, and my PC is in great shape. Moderator@Nat_147The detection also occurs on the CCleaner executable that you downloaded to install it; in any case, your PC is not infected.
