Hello,
Three days ago, I received a notification from Windows Defender saying that a threat had been detected: it was PUA Win32 InstallCore.
So Windows offered to remove it (which I did).
I don’t know if it’s serious, but since I wasn’t convinced, I installed the antivirus SpyHunter 5, and there I saw that it had detected 2 PUA threats and 2 adware threats.
Is it serious?

Thank you for your response, I'm relieved
But I have a few questions:
Why did Windows Defender warn me about this threat?
Why did SpyHunter also detect a threat of PUA InstallCore when it's a fake antivirus?
