Set up my Polaroid TV without a remote

Hello,
I'm trying to set up my TV using the side buttons without the remote control, but I can't find the "OK" button or the vertical and horizontal cursor.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 81.0

        Have you tried using your phone if it is equipped with an infrared sensor? If not, try the MENU button as the OK button and the volume or CH buttons to navigate.

      Hello, after purchasing my Polaroid TV I forgot the remote control in the box and threw it away.

      Please, I would like to know how to perform the initial setup without the remote control for a Polaroid TQLED24HD04 TV.
