Hello,
I just bought a GiGASET sculpture CL 750 H phone and I can't listen to my messages, and when I go to Network Voicemail, it indicates:
"Network mailbox 3103." I don't know what that refers to.
Furthermore, despite the manual, I couldn't reduce the ringtones before answering to have my conversation.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Configuration: iPad / Safari 604.1

    Hello,
CL 750h is the code for a combined unit
the base is either CL750 or CL750A (if it has a built-in answering machine).
Note for the CL750A, the base is separate and is called Box 100
    What base do you have?
The Network answering machine is your operator's voicemail
    Who is that operator?

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...

      Thank you for the response
The plan is indeed called base 100 and my provider is FREE
I contacted Free and everything seems normal on their end
On another note, I can't manage to reduce the number of rings when someone calls me

        Ok
You have a phone without a built-in answering machine...
IF you are with Free, it is at Free that you need to adjust the number of rings or the delay before their voicemail picks up your voice messages
        See https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/20478-configurer-le-nombre-de-sonneries-avant-le-renvoi-sur-messagerie
As for Free voicemail (Answering Machine)
        see https://free.fr/assistance/65.html

Where did you buy this device? At an Orange store?

        "Network voicemail box 3103"
3103 corresponds to the number to call to reach the voicemail of Orange or SFR among others
for Free voicemail, you need to dial **1

      Ok for Darty..
For some reason that I do not understand, you must have the 3103 memorized in your device.
See the manual on page 25 (27 of the pdf below) in the paragraph
"External Messaging" - "Entering the number"
You should find the 3103 there, while for Free you would need to press **1 to directly access your voicemail by long pressing the 1 key (see "Listen to messages" on the same page)

      The manual: https://assistance.orange.fr/medias/woopic/files/content/download/731131/14646018/version/7/file/guide_utilisateur_telephone_fixe_gigaset_sculpture.pdf

Thank you very much for all this information. I had consulted my manual, but some things had slipped my mind. Everything is working now.
Have a great end of the day.
