Hello, the HDMI ports are not active
has anyone had this problem before??

    Hello,
    Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power cord, wait five minutes and plug them back in.
    If there's no result and if you have access to the menu, perform a "reset" or "factory settings restore" or "initial setup" or "factory reset" (see menu) but you will have to redo all the installation and settings.
