Le bon coin: how to rate a seller?

Hello,
I just received a package from a purchase on Le Bon Coin and I am not satisfied. I would like to rate this seller, but in the messaging, I do not have the line "Do you recommend this seller to other members of Le Bon Coin?" So does that mean I cannot indicate that this seller was not correct?

the response from Le Bon Coin is incomplete and useless.
Having verified it with my last 3 transactions, I confirm that the mention "would you recommend this seller to other Le Bon Coin members" does not appear at all when the sale payment has been made outside of Le Bon Coin's secure circuit, that is to say, typically by check, bank transfer or other payment methods.
This is probably a commercial strategy aimed at encouraging payment through their intermediary. The commission taken in the process is very lucrative.

I completely agree......And I find it very unfortunate that I can't rate a seller like on eBay for example......The product I just bought, the seller didn't mention any hidden screws or any other problem until the moment of purchase when he brought out papers to get me to refund a part that needs changing.... Even though the price of the product is very reasonable, his way of doing things is very dishonest.....not to mention the issues that were kept secret.....And I can't even rate this guy who will end up with an automatic 5.....Really bad system.....
