TNT HD receiver stuck on BOOT

Hello, my NT HD TAKARA SL99BP decoder is stuck on BOOT when turned on. No manual action is possible (not even on/off) or with the remote control. I have unplugged it electrically, even for long periods. The forum suggests pressing P+ several times after plugging it back in, but nothing works. Thank you.

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 81.0

    Hello,
    Try this:
    1 unplug the decoder from the power source
    2 unplug the antenna
    3 plug it back in while pressing the P+ button on the decoder a TEN times, not on the remote
    It will restart and search for updates and come to channel 1 indicating no signal
    4 plug the antenna back in and it should work (in theory)
    Optionally, perform a channel scan
